kingsvillefarmDavid Marks has lived in northeastern Baltimore County for most of his life. He graduated from Perry Hall High School, led the Perry Hall Improvement Association for a historic nine terms, and is raising his family in the Perry Hall community. He understands the need to control development and provide the schools, parks, and infrastructure needed in a growing community.

Controlling Growth and Preserving Open Space

  • Councilman Marks initiated the largest downzoning of land in Perry Hall history to lighten school overcrowding and preserve green space. READ MORE >>

Improving Roads, Sidewalks, and Infrastructure
