Today, I was honored to announce endorsements from more than 30 community leaders of all political backgrounds, from Carney to Middle River. Some of these leaders gathered at Richardson Farms this afternoon.

The leaders are Ken Ackerman, Nottingham; Jack Amrhein, Perry Hall; Robin Beers, Kingsville; Doug Behr, Kingsville; Ed Beranek, Perry Hall; Tim Bonner, Perry Hall; Mario J. Borgerding, Perry Hall; Robert Chaney, Kingsville; Billy Connelly, Middle River; Angie Feehly, Kingsville; Linda Felts, Bird River; Tara Gebhardt, Seneca Park; John Hammen, Bowleys Quarters; Jim and Joanne Hock, Bowleys Quarters; Sharon Holter, Bowerman-Loreley Beach; Pat Keller, Perry Hall; Tom Kneeshaw, Kingsville; Jerome Lee, Perry Hall; Rich Maddox, Perry Hall; Joan Mealey Kruger, Bird River; Sophia Britner Montgomery, Perry Hall; Raquel Muneses, Bowerman-Loreley Beach; Tracy Mitchell, Carney; Mary Margaret O’Hare, Carney; Kevin Palmer, White Marsh; Kristen Piscopo, Carney; Renee Weber Papavasiliou, Perry Hall; Shannon Stallings, Bowleys Quarters; Sally Roesner Schroeder Wagner, Kingsville; and Peggy Winchester, South Perry Hall.

Each is endorsing me individually and not on behalf of any organization.

The County Council requires someone who has consistently reached across party lines, with a record of getting things done. I did that for 15 years, including a nine-term tenure as president of the Perry Hall Improvement Association.

I am honored by this deep, bipartisan support from community leaders across the Fifth District.
