From 2010 to 2022, David Marks represented a district that stretched from Towson to Kingsville. Since the 2022 redistricting, the Fifth District includes communities such as Carney, Perry Hall, Kingsville, White Marsh, Chase, Bowleys Quarters, and Middle River along Baltimore County’s Eastside.
