We are approaching the one year anniversary of the shooting at Perry Hall High School, a horrific day for the Perry Hall community. 
Thanks to the swift action of faculty and public safety professionals, there was no loss of life that day. In the months that followed, the community came together to support all those affected and heal the emotional wounds.
The Perry Hall High School community looks forward. This is our Golden Anniversary. More than 80 banners have been erected on the campus and along Ebenezer Road, and in early September, we will bury at time capsule to be unearthed 100 years from now. When a future generation digs up that time capsule, those children of the future will look back and know that Perry Hall became stronger and better, and that our tradition of pride and excellence endured.
