For 21 years, Hawks Hollow Farm has allowed families to ride horses and enjoy the beautiful Kingsville countryside.
Earlier this year, the farm faced thousands of dollars in legal bills when a Baltimore County inspector cited the farm for being out of zoning compliance.
This week, the Baltimore County Council passed my legislation that would protect long-standing horse stables, like those at Hawks Hollow Farm, that have operated for years. We should be doing everything we can to protect our rural way of life, and to help small businesses like Hawks Hollow Farm that continue some of Baltimore County’s greatest traditions.
